One of my favorite appetizers when at Applebee's. I love cheese so this is a good choice for me. Applebee's serves it with salsa, which if you are feeling experimental, you can combine the flavors. But I think it is probably for the left over chips when you run out of cheese dip. I like the toasty parts of the cheese. Good flavor overall.

A very good size serving of dip with tortilla chips. The chips are nothing spectacular, probably from a bag. The spinach & artichoke dip was good but not one of the best I've had. Its more liquidy than other places and did not enough artichoke. It comes on in a deep dish plate and the the top cheese has been baked so you can see it burnt a bit. This is only $3.99 during happy hour and the portion is very generous (so more bang for your buck!).
