Hand Rolled Flamenco Flautas

3 flour tortillas filled with choice of beef, chicken or potato and topped with queso fresco cheese and cilantro with guacamole and sour cream on the side. Delicious! I am a huge fan of flautas for this very reason: the crispy, flakiness of the wrapper. Betty's fried it to perfection, can't get enough of the guacamole (fresh and chunky) and yummy queso fresco! Mm Mm. I had a side order of guacamole thankfully and packed more on. I think we got it with chicken.
