Chicken Barg

MMMM! I love this dish at Bandar. The chicken is incredibly flavorful and moist. Their special sauce is described to have saffron, onion and lime juice. Who knew these simple ingredients could offer such an explosion of flavors. The serving size of this dish is ginormous! Enough to feed 3 people! The entire half diameter of the dish is full of the pieces of chicken. So fabulous!
