This is a real buffalo meat. The waiter told me that buffalo meat is much leaner than beef; yet more tender -- so I gave it a shot. It was awesome! You really can't tell any distinct difference in beef and buffalo meat, and it was really tender! As I was slicing the meat, the juices were flowing out. The meat was definitely tender. One thing to complain was that I asked for medium rare, but it looks like it was more medium; but it was still very tender!
