Tuscan Tomato Bisque

Made with vine ripened tomatoes. Let me say... "Wow!" This tomato bisque has the right creamy consistency, but not too creamy. I don't know why kind of tomatoes they use, but this bisque is awesome. Compared to my other favorite tomato bisque at Nordstrom Cafe, its a little bit more tangier for that kick that it needs! I just love the creamy texture and with that extra kick, it balances out the flavor very well.
