La Conchonaille

This was a generous cheese plate for a starter. Served on a wooden board with Assorted Dried and Cured Pork Meats, Sausages and Delicious Patés. The menu explained the types of meats & Paté and listed them as this: Assorted Dried Sausages- Rosette de Lyon, and Saucisson L’ail. Jambon de Pays, our Dried Mountain Ham. Paté- Mousse de Foie de Canard aux Truffes, Our Duck Mousse with Truffles. Paté de Campagne au Poivre Noir, a Hearty Country Style Paté with Black Peppercorn. All were very good and excellent to spread on the baguette. This appetizer is excellent for sharing and great with a glass of wine or if you want a light meal!
