The way I had this prepared was Moules Marinières which is Black Mussels steamed in a White Wine broth with Shallots, Garlic and Chopped Parsley (restaurant description). It was a small portion since I ordered the appetizer size and came with no frites. The broth was a little too tangy for me. I love dipping the baguette into the broth but this broth thinner than I what I normally would prefer.
