This is one of the best boiled chicken I've had. Usually, this dish is prepared as a cold dish, but I don't really like my food cold, so this is great! The special rice is made from the chicken fat and broth that was used to boil the chicken, so it goes very perfectly along with the chicken. You really can tell this has been slow cooked because you can really taste the tenderness and the natural juices flowing out of the chicken when you bite into it!
