Proscuitto Crepe Salad

The description will intrigue you, the taste will bring you back! What a delight. A salad with substance. The crepes are rolled up and sliced into smaller pieces and surrounds this large salad. The mixed greens (appears to be organic) are tossed in a delightful balsamic based raspberry house-made dressing and topped with the prosciutto and dried cranberries. The dressing was slightly more oily (perhaps the ratio of oil to vinegar was mroe) but it was still good! The prosciutto is grilled so it has a crispy texture to it. Each bite has a sweet, tangy and slightly salty flavor with the mixture of all the ingredients. The crepe will give you substance. My kind of salad!
