Roasted Lamb Apricot Sandwich

Sounded very interesting on the menu- roasted lamb with apricot, swiss cheese and tomatoes. The meat was dry; it would have been better if it was sliced pieces of lamb instead of chunks of lamb. The toasty bread did not help the dry ingredients. The lunch comes with a selection of soup, salad, or fruit. The soup of the day was a Chicken Azeri which is a chicken broth based soup, large chunks of moist chicken and spinach. That was better than the sandwich... sorry.
