The Halibut was prepared amazing well- very flaky and moist. The menu description says it is local halibut with sundried tomato, white wine sauce, sautéed spinach, & mashed potatoes. There were also some cauliflower in the sauce which was seasoned a bit too salty. It appeared to be roasted. The one thing I enjoyed is that the sauce was poured on the plate and the fish was laid atop so it wasn't drowned with sauce but instead you could choose to dip your fish into the sauce. This place really does not dissapoint and the fish was definitely fresh not frozen!
