Mussels Grenobloise

The portion of this dish is very decent and it comes with a side of pomme frites (fries) served in a cone. The sauce contains (from their menu)- brown butter, capers, and lemon supremes. The butter makes it creamy, the capers add a bit of salt and the lemon balances all the flavors! The sauce if very good and it is not too heavy like some places that serves this dish. French cuisine is always known to have heavy sauce but Cafe Chloe serves it up great! Most of the mussels were open (none dead) and it wasn't overly cooked where they become rubbery and you can't even chew it. Very good! This would be a good dish to have as an appetizer too.
