Steak & Frites

The ultimate classic french dish- Steak Frites. OMG!!! It is orgasmic. The piece of steak is served medium rare (unless requested otherwise). I'm not sure what cut this is but the meat is very tender, no chewy. Must be grain fed or something! The frites (fries) are AHHH-MAZING and so freakin' addictive. I want some right NOW! They are thin shoe string fries with bits of shallots or something that adds so much flavor to everything. They do not skimp on the amount they give you either. No ketchup or any sauce needed for these. Cafe Chloe does an amazing job with this plate and I really truly think it's their most popular dish- it is mine! I so want to go back tomorrow for this!
