Local Mussels with fennel, garlic and saffron

I love to order mussels as a appetizer starter and this dish was excellent. I love the flavor and the mussels were so fresh that you taste no fishiness at all. The broth that was cooked with the mussels were so good that my husband and I were drinking it like a soup and dipping the bread in it. I have to say, this is one of the best mussels dish I've had! If you love seafood and love mussels, this is a must try!
