"Bourbon brine, sweet potato gratin, apple compote & bourbon glace" This is the description on the menu. This was a wonderful dish, I really enjoy how the pork was prepared. It was pretty tender for pork and the flavor really soaked into the pork, with the sauce that came with it..it all just blended very well. I also really liked the sweet potato gratin, the waiter told us that this was one of his favorite and he is right, it's soft and flavorful...very nice! It came with green beans and carrots on the side, very simple but I liked that it had vegetables with the pork. I also like the apple and cranberries that came with the pork, it added a little sweetness to the flavor, which I really enjoyed!
