Pico's Chimichanga

A large serving of chimichanga. You have the choice of beef or chicken, pictured here is beef. The beef inside was reminiscent of carnitas type meat and texture, with more fat content which definitely added more flavor. Good flavoring smothered in delicious sauce. The guacamole, thank goodness, was freshly made and tasted delicious. Overall a very delicious dish for big eaters.
