Seared Scallops

Description on the menu: Seared Scallops, Butternut Squash Ravioli, Bacon & Orange Jam. This was mighty delicious, the scallops were cooked to perfection, and squash ravioli was very rich and flavorful...the bacon and orange jam was interesting but actually went with the rest of the dish really well, it gave it a very interesting and unexpected kick to the flavor! It was a great start to our entree, and an additional plus was this was a beautiful French Restaurant! I would definitely visit again and order this as an appetizer after I try the other items on their appetizer menu first! =) Must try if you are a fan of very rich flavorful French food!
