Green Curry (Beef)

This Green Curry dish was very yummy. I usually order green curry at every Thai Restaurant I go to, and I really enjoy the flavor of this green curry here at Celadon. The curry was smooth and the coconut flavor was just perfect where it's not too much. I liked all the vegetables that comes with it, eggplant, carrots, bamboo shoots, bell peppers. I order beef but you can also order, chicken, pork, tofu, vegetarian, duck, shrimp and scallop. "Green curry paste with coconut milk,green bean, bell pepper, eggplant and basil" this was the description on the menu. If you like Green curry, this is a must try for you. The only thing is the curry is not as thick as other ones I've had. I like it more thick to go with my rice. But since the flavor was so good, my husband was sipping on the curry sauce by itself like it was a soup! =)
