Semi-Serious Burger

Our group was not satisfied overall. The burger patty was really dry and lacked flavor or depth. We made the mistake of ordering it medium-well, we usually get medium. However, one of us did get it cooked medium, but it was still dry. We all had different ranges of tasty toppings/sauces and no matter if a lot of toppings or less, it didn't make much difference. It tasted like plain meat. Maybe they should grill it with their special seasoning or put worcestershire on it while grilling. The selection of toppings is awesome though; gives lots of room to experiment.
