Description: "Our signature sandwich is served on thickly-cut, grilled slices of jalapeno-cheese bread with a breast of chicken cubed sauteed in a chili sauce, tomatoes, and provolone cheese. Its 'medium-spicy', but can be made mild." Wow, let me say that this is by far a sandwich has made me realize how good can a sandwich be! The combination of the marinade and the jalapeno-cheese bread is just harmonious. When you bite into the bread, it feels as if the chicken just melts in your mouth! This quality of the chicken breast is very good... I must give my applause and gratitude to the chef!

Sometimes it's just the simplest things that taste that absolute best. Looking at this sandwich it may appear to be like any other one you've had before. Take your first bite and you will be blown away. The owner has this unique chicken blend down. I'm not sure what is in it but it has chopped chicken and a spicy mayo like dressing. I want to say there is Sirachi (the red hot sauce with a Rooster logo on it) it and perhaps that's why I love this sandwich. It's just that in between slices of Jalapeno bread. Absolutely delicious!

This may be the best sandwich in San Diego. As the name says, it is a chicken sandwich and it is spicy. To be more specific, it is very nicely cooked chopped chicken paired with a creamy orange sauce of some sort, tomato, melted cheese (mozzarella maybe?) and a fair amount of spicy seasoning all on two slices of jalapeno cheese bread. This sandwich is so good that nearly every person that goes to Chez Nous orders it. If you like spicy food, you'll love this sandwich. If you don't like spicy food, I think you can get it mild.
