Las Vegas Roll (10 pcs)

Wow! This sushi roll was awesome! " out: entire roll deep fried in tempura batter, topped with sliced jalapenos & spicy mayo/ in: salmon, avocado & cream cheese) This is the description on the menu. I'm not a fan of cream cheese in my sushi, but the friend I went with at lunch wanted to give it a try...and BOY! was I glad she ordered it. The jalapenos on top with the spicy mayo sauce was divine!!! The salmon was cooked inside but it was so tender with the avocado. Out side was nice and crunchy with the tempura batter and inside was soft, tender and creamy. The combination was perfect and we could not stop eating it!!! We even asked for more spicy mayo sauce on the side coz it was sooo good! One of the best roll here at Chibas for sure! You gotta give it a try!
