Ahi Tartare

Fantabulous! The green papaya salad adds a nice touch and the slices of pink grapefruit is a a great choice for acidity. The tuna is well mixed with a few sprinkles of black sesame seeds. It is not overwhelming with sesame oil. Great presentation in a martini glass. It does taste as great as it looks!
