This is so delicious but mainly if you eat it in the restaurant (not so good the next day). It comes out hot & crispy. I don’t know how they get the bottom so crispy and the top steamed but its delicious. You can taste the fresh ginger and scallion in the pork mixture. They are fantastic!

This was a pretty good dumpling. This might have been steamed first, then stir fried. But man, the skin was firm, yet the pork inside was moist! Compared to most places, they just steam their frozen dumplings and serve; which makes the skin soft and extra moisture in the dumpling.
