Spicy 3 Ingredients Lo Mien

This Lo Mien is like a stir-fry but served in a bowl. It's not that soupy though but it does have quite a bit of sauce- but delicious sauce. I always get this to share with the group. Very good balance of vegetables and seafood. The noodles are like udon noodles but not as thick.
