Their specialty and these are delicious. I have to order it everytime I go here. You know they make it fresh because when the servers bring it to your table they hold it with metal tongs since the plate is so hot. The buns are laid on top of a lettuce leaf so it doesn’t stick. You can smell the fresh ginger slices that has been steamed and when you take your first bite, beware there is a bit of liquid that can scorch you. You might want to let these cool down a bit because it is super hot. The seasoning is perfect and the dough is just thin enough to hold the juices in. You eat it with the spoon held underneath to catch the flavorful juices.
