pork shiu mai is one of my favorite dim sums item. good flavor and texture and goes great with the sauces (i mix soy sauce, chili sauce and a lot of hot mustard...like wasabi, great for clearing your sinus). i believe there is some shrimp and mushrooms in it as well.

The pork shiu mai was scrumptious, along with all of the dim sum here. My favorites where the pork dumplings. This place is good for breakfast and lunch, it's one of my faves!
