Fish Taco

NOTE: This review is for their Truck located on 3504 University (between 35th St. & Wilson Ave.) in 92104 (North Park, City Heights boderline). Drool! This is the best fish taco ever! For just .99 cents too! Wow! Made fresh on the spot in a taco truck. Yes, you are ordering and eating from a taco truck. You walk up to the ladies in the truck and you order. It is so worth the trip to drive thru this part of town to have the pure bliss of a freshly battered and fried piece of fish topped off with salsa fresca, cabbage and white sauce. There's a bin that has sliced red onions and those small limes that you can add to it. Definitely squeeze some lime for the ultimate party in your mouth! There's bottles of hot sauce on the patio tables under the awning if you want to eat it on the spot but beware the lighter colored sauce is spicier... it's habenero sauce. When I first came to this place I knew it was habenero but didn't expect it to kick my a$$... it did. But this is part of the reason why I keep coming back. Everytime I'm in the area, I can't help but to stop by and order at least 1 taco. It's so delcious that you will drive to it to get your fixin. This is how fish tacos are suppose to taste. Damn, it's so good, I am drooling......
