Tostada Loca

Hmmmm... if I can combine all the things in the ocean what I can make? A Tostada Loca! This is crazy! Seriously, every seafood you can think of is piled high on this Tostada. It is a joke that it's on one tostada shell but you do get extra tostada shells (freshly fried). This is enough to serve 4 people. It's heaps of seafood and it is by far the best tostada I've had in my life. Forget bean tostadas, beef tostadas; it's all about the SEAFOOD! There's green lip mussels, oysters, scallops, octopus, shrimp, clams, different types of fish and you've had me at Loca! It's topped with thin slices of red onions. Eat this with their habenero salsa (light orange) and you've died and gone to Seafood Heaven. Don't let the truck fool you- it's Solid here! Go get it before they close at 9pm!
