The skin with the bun is really awesome! The duck is sliced just a little bit below the skin, so there is some pieces that comes with it. The way that they prepare the duck is really something. When you bite into it, the skin is crispy and the flavor is great and subtle so you can really enjoy the flavor of the duck -- magnificent!
