Banana Cream Pie

A small tart crust filled with banana and cream. It was pretty good overall but I still prefer the slices of banana cream pie from Marie Callendar's instead. The pie slice allows for a harmonious balance of crust, cream and banana whereas this small tart was more on the dry side because the crust was so thick.
