Chocolate Mint Parfait

A great choice whether you are a chocolate lover or not. My friend was not a chocolate person but the mint cream balances the sweetness well. This parfait is layered with mint & chocolate cream with hidden chunks of brownie bites and topped with whipped cream. The smooth texture of the cream is broken with the hefty chunks of brownie bites, divine! Amongst the 3 desserts we ordered that night, this was the favorite.
