Peanut Butter Joy

Layered fluffy, peanut butter mousse and peanut butter, topped with raspberry jelly on top of a chocolate short crust bottom. This is so tasty, with a creamy, soft texture. The mousse is not overly sweet and with the real peanut butter, it poses a nice balance to the sweet and tart jelly. Can't go wrong with a chocolate crust. I liked this a lot because it had a nice balance of flavors without being overly sweet.
