Red Velvet Cupcake

Red velvet cupcake filled with cream cheese frosting. Beautiful presentation with the cute gum paste butterfly and nonpereils. I would not say it is "filled" but there is enough frosting on top already, where you would not want it to be completely filled. This is a super moist, large cupcake. The frosting has the yummy qualities of cream cheese frosting but I am thankful it does not taste like a mouthful of pure sugar. It still has the tanginess of cream cheese and is a nice treat for red velvet lovers.
