Strawberry Fraise

Description: White chiffon cake layered with vanilla bean pastry cream & fresh strawberries, then topped with whipped cream. This dessert was light and fluffy in texture with beautiful presentation. The cream is pretty sweet but the strawberries' tartness balances it well.
