Pot Stickers (6) (Steamed or fried)

Wow, I have had many pot stickers my whole life, even homemade ones. But, this has got to be the BEST pot stickers I have ever had even compare to the ones that I had in Taiwan!!! I have tried both steamed and pan friend, they are both delicious but I prefer the pan friend over the steamed. I like it just a little crispy on the outside a little bit. The meat inside is so flavorful and they are so generous. Most restaurants tries to save money, so you end up with very little meat. These pot stickers were FAT!!! The sauce was great too, it wasn't just regular soy sauce, it was sweeter, maybe added with some vinegar..I'm not so sure, but these are the BOMB, and you must try them...a perfect appetizer to start your Chinese dinner!!!
