White Tuna (Ono) Sashimi

I usually love white tuna, but it was not prepared well here. It was extremely cold, meaning it was probably being defrosted. I hate the taste of partially frozen sashimi. The price is good, but quality was not there, maybe it's hit or miss, but I'll take my chances else where for sashimi. Go with the rolls instead.
