Featured dish on Food Network, however the taste isn't there, wonderful presentation, lovely lemon grass, proped out of the fishes mouth, the fish itself is fried on the outside, but dry and flaky on the inside. Mixed with side dishes of udon, and seaweed grass, I found it hard to find harmony in the fusion. You have a fish that is fried and somewhat salty/dry, mixed with flavorless udon (except for the lemon grass), seaweed grass, and some string long beets. the sauce that comes with the dish is a worchester-butter like taste, throws off the whole asian, fish taste.
