Connelly farm fresh green beans & baked potato

First off, huge portions! The steaks are serve a la carte and therefore you must choose to add on the island prime sides. Connelly farm fresh green beans are comprised of toasted pecans, lemon brown butter. The green beans were very crisp, which is actually not my preference. I like green beans crisp but more towards the tender side. I feel the natural sweetness is drawn out when it is cooked just a tad more avoiding the green, vegetable flavor. However, the pecans were so sweet and heavenly and a perfect pairing with the fragrant garlic tossed throughout the beans. Baked potato served with butter, sour cream, chives.
