Prime Rib

I love prime ribs and so I order it everywhere I go. I was very very happy with the Prime Rib here! It was so tender and juicy! They got my medium rare right on the first try. You would be surprised on how many places don't get it right on the first try, I usually end up sending something that's too rare back or too well done back! It was perfect that I could share this with my husband since it was $35 and the portion was huge! I have gone to Island Prime 3 times now, and I have ordered this dish TWICE!
