Smoked wild mushrooms

The description on the menu: smoked wild mushrooms:pancetta-peppercorn demi, puff pastry, shallots, thyme. This is one of Island Prime's side dish choice. The waiter had mentioned to us that the portions are very large and can be shared with a couple people. Well, he wasn't lying. The portion was HUGE!!! We were able to share it with the four of us and still had left overs. I must say, I really enjoyed the flavor of these mushrooms. It was salty and went well with my dinner but it wasn't too salty! I also love the puff pastry that came with it!
