Fettucine Carbonara Grilled Polenta and Seasonal Vegetables

Wow, all the ingredients are fabulous. I love this dish! I seriously craved for it again within a few days. I couldn’t stop picking at the pancetta even after I was stuffed. The fettucine is cooked al dente and the vegetables merried together to create a light cream sauce then sprinkled with crispy pancetta served with a slice of polenta. Sooooo good! I don't see this on their menu anymore but they might still have it as a special of the day.
