Profiteroles with Vanilla Ice Cream, Chocolate Sauce and Pistachios

WOAH...this has to be by far one of the BEST dessert dish I've ever had!!! It was absolutely delicious!!! It was a perfect combination of the pastry, vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce. It pretty much was a GIANT cream puff with ice cream in the middle. The pastry and the chocolate sauce was warm, and the ice cream was icy cold, it was sooo good all together. I couldn't stop eating. And for $6, the portion was HUGE, 3 people can share this dessert!!! It was worth every penny. This would satisfied chocolate lovers, ice cream lovers, pastry lovers....I want MORE!!!!!
