Sauteed Shrimp on Vanilla Risotto with a Lemongrass Sauce

This was an appetizer dish and it made my tummy very happy! The portion was very big for a French restaurant. The risotto was very flavorful, the lemongrass sauce went perfectly with the shrimp and risotto. The shrimps were big and juicy and cooked to perfection! I would order this time and time again!
