Seared Scallops with a Truffle-Mushroom Risotto in a Roasted Acorn Squash

Wow, this is a must try! First, the presentation was so beautiful that it made you hungry just looking at it. The giant scallops sat on top of the Truffle-Mushroom Risotto, and then it was inside a Roasted Acorn Squash. The scallops were cooked perfectly, it was tender, moist and fresh. Every bite was full of flavor and it went so perfect with the mushroom risotto. I would recommend this dish to anyone who loves scallops. It was also a super good deal that the restaurant was doing a 3 course for $30 special. This dish alone was $27, so for getting an appetizer and a dessert for $3...HECK YEAH! This little casual French Bistro is fabulous!!!
