Once you try this, you will see why this is Chef Carl Schroeder's signature dish. It's present at this restaurant and his new one called Banker's Hill Restaurant & Bar. You get 3 shortribs that just pulls apart so amazingly easy. Everything about it is so good... the collard greens, the onion-potato puree, the cabernet sauce.
