Wow. This Bone-In Filet Mignon is not on the daily menu since it is very difficult to acquire on a daily basis. I love the way Morton's prepares the steak... they naturally bring out the steak's flavor and I loves it! The Bone-In Filet Mignon that I ordered is BLUE; its basically a very rare steak as you can see (the picture looks a little pinkish, but it was more red than that; I think the flash might have washed out some of the red). But, the Bone-In Filet Mignon was very tender every bite and there was no strong or overwhelming flavor at all (not like some other places). The Iron Critic approves this dish and this is a MUST TRY if you are dining at Morton's Steakhouse!
