Lyonnaise Potatoes

This potato side dish was perfect! Everyone in the group would take a bite, and go "Oh wow, these potatoes are gooood" They got it to where it was nice and crispy on the outside but very soft and tender on the inside of the potatoes. The flavor was good and the caramelized onions was the perfect combination with the potatoes! This side dish was gone in a few minutes, it did not last throughout the dinner, that tells you how fast people were eating it! Very nicely done Morton's. If you are a potatoes lover, you gotta give this dish a try! It also went very well with the steak and lobster we were having as our entree.
