sauteed Fresh Spinach &Button Mushrooms

I love spinach and mushrooms, so this was a perfect combination for me! The spinach was cooked perfectly, I don't like it when they are over cooked, it becomes very mushy and this is not the case here. Also, I've had it at other places where it's way too salty, here at Morton's they got it to a perfect flavor! This is a perfect side dish to go with our steak and lobster. I just wish that there was more spinach and less mushrooms! Over all, I really enjoyed this dish and would order it again when I go to Morton's next time!
