Pan Fried Chinese Turnip cake w/ Eggs

This is kind of like the turnip cakes you get at Dim Sum, but different. They cook it in a more authentic Chinese style where they mix the eggs with it. This takes me back to my child hood memories in Taiwan when my mom would make it for holidays. Very simple with some green onions, but add some soy sauce and chili with it and it's a yummy appetizer! I will for sure to visit this hole in the wall restaurant to try out more of these authentic Chinese dishes!!!
