This chicken dish is awesome! I usually don't like to order chicken dishes because they are usually hard and rubbery. This was not the case here, I don't know how they make the chicken here, but it is soo tender that you don't even feel like you are eating chicken!!! The flavor is also awesome, a little salty but goes great with rice. This is the kind of authentic Chinese dishes I have been looking for. Too many restaurants make Americanized Chinese food...but this hole in the wall place satisfied this Taiwanese girl here!!!

Scrumptious, heavenly, gratifying, savory... what more can I say? The chicken is very tender and it has 5 awesome spices! The spices are combined with harmony and compliments the tender chicken very well -- nirvana! Just a note, this has the full-flavor compared to the Hai Nam Chicken.
